No Reward from Ignaduk, the Bog Witch

Hi,

killed the Bog Witch in Akt 3 (Cruel) an no Reward. Think +30 Spirit. The Skull is also white instead of grey.

Same issue for me, tried killing her few times already, still no rewards.

Same here, did anyone figure this out? I went back and killed her again but its still showing the skull with the plus sign not greyed out.

Same here, and not only her, venom draught are not working too.

Same here. Killed the bog witch while my inventory was full, the green quest items *seemed* to have been picked up, but when I checked my inventory they were not there. Servi was able to continue the *quest* portion for me, but the +30 spirit (normal act 3) I can't get now. Killing the bog witch over and over resulted in no more drops. How do I fix this?

Update - I'm an idiot. First time playing a Titan, and yeah, I took the expanded inventory space and didn't notice the chest icon until *after* I posted this. Disregard =P
