Skill gem bug (cant equip skills after selecting weapon) (ui issue/gameplay bug)

I am getting a bug after setting Flash Grenade for weapon 1 or 2. I now cant equip the skill as its not in the options to bind. there is also a UI issue down in the window pane of the skill. The skill pane doesn't show any text and the UI for selecting "Used With Weapon Set:" has 4 options and looks like text stacked on top of each other. I may just recraft the skill but this is definitely a bug.

The same issue is happening with me i have tried unequipping all weapon set points upgrading the gem, removing all the weapons unticking and ticking the weapon set checkmark but the skill doesn't show up in my hotbar and i'm not able to drag it to my skill slot.

I was running two detonate dead in my two weapon set and this bug started occurring after i tried to remove my weapon and equip again or something like that.
