Fire exposure gem+Overexposure+Cremation skill points are not working together

I don't know if this is intended or not.
Ragging spirits: Infernal legion+Fire exposure+Strip away
This makes enemies get 26 exposure.

However I'm also using Overexposure+Cremation skill points and the exposure is not going above 26.

Is this intended?

I understand that Cremation and Overexposure aren't minion nodes, but they also don't say "...Exposure you inflict...". Because of that lack of wording I would think this applies to all exposure. I understand the mechanics of party play and if this were to be all exposure it would probably be party member exposure too, but I still think this needs to either be re-worded or fixed. Depending on what the intended wording should have been.

I just found out Cremation's +25% increased Fire Exposure doesn't work on minions. Bug or feature?
