Sunder + Splinter && Sunder + Devastate not working

I tried to play with Sunder + Splinter and its not working.

I guess it's normal since GGG don't want this ability to be able to break armor.

It's the same with the Devastate.

On heavy stun, the armor break is not applied.

Yes, Have the same problem. Sunder totally dont want to break armour any mechanich u using. I tried to linke Splinter + Sunder and its still not works. I think this is Bug, Beacause There is no any information that Sunder "can't break armour".

same here still seem to be a problem with sunder

Also every node that is AOE oriented like like area of effect size and damages, dont affect Sunder.
