Ascent to Power

I was playing path of exile 2 and I am on my Ascent to Power Quest. I went through the trial and when I got to the end I used a few keys to open some chests. My inventory got full and I went back to town to clear it. Now it won’t let me go back through my portal and when I go back to the map it won’t let me enter or restart my quest. The quest is telling me to use the Altar of Ascendancy to chose my Ascendancy and I don’t know how. I hope I didn’t ruin my account, I have spent alot of time so far. Please help me. I am on PlayStation 5 and my character is a monk named KritKillHax. Thanks!

I am running into the same issue on the Xbox side as well, character Far_Seeing_Eyes
