Six total acts planned: will there still be cruel?

I read today that they’re planning on adding three more acts. Assuming they’re of comparable length to the existing three, that would take you through to the same level where you finish cruel difficulty now. Is there going to continue to be a cruel difficulty at that point, where you can play through the campaign again all the way to max level? I’d like to see it that way, so there are alternatives to mapping and other end game systems.

most likely not.... Mapping will be the main end-game system. There will be other systems added for sure before release and than with each season that will have new things that may get added to the core gameplay and continue forward
