POE 2 Guild Stash Tab/ Guild Donation Bug

I donated 185 points to a guild with my family. It was taken out of my points but none of them were added to the guild. I logged out thinking it might just take a bit. I logged back on about 30 minutes later and another family member was able to donate to the guild. I tried for just 75 points this time to donate to the guild. POOF. Same thing again. Lost to the abyss. Please help me get this fixed. It would be nice to get some shared guild stash tabs. Please get back to me soon, I know its in early access but i would very much appreciate a response. in the several years I've played POE, i haven't ever had to submit a ticket, so i don't know how long it will take and if I get to points back to me or the guild, but I hope nobody else has this problem. Thank you for your time.

same thing happened to me, donated 80 points to guild to buy a tab and it disappeared. reload did nothing to help and 80 points gone into the ether

Friend had same issue donated 90 points to the guild and it did not appear. It is gone from his tally though.

I had the same problem, and found a solution.
I tried to send 185 points to the guild then buy some storage space.
Points are gone on my account but nothing happened.

My guild leader passed ownership of the guild to me, not sure if this is important.
After clicking the buy guild stash storage again, I got the option to open some guild settings in a webbrowser. The aforementioned Link opened this:

There, I was able view guild transactions and accept the 185 points. Then I switched back to the game, and then, when trying to build the same storage space with 185 points, there was a confirm button. That enabled the storage space in guild stash.
