Some of the items like Catalyst that + stats for Quality seem to be broken

I notice it well + on my some my items like rings or amulet that it not uping the stats as intend.

Exp- on Rondel of Fragility, the speed stat don't increase the speed stat on it at all.

On my rare rings it also wont increase the cast speed stat.

There are stats that seem to be bug an wont increase at times on items from Catalyst that should increase not sure.

Tryed a few different Catalyst some work some of the time an some dont at all to increase the stat they should be increasing.

I am having the same issue. I have a ring with lightning resistance and damage. I added ESh's and it did not go up at all. I have another ring I did it to last week and it worked but I was just looking at the ring today due to the issue with this one and noticed that it has reset and is back down to it's original stats
