Do rituals or expeditions give you waystones as a reward?

Can you buy waystones from ritual or from expedition NPCs using tribute/artifacts?

ritual yes not sure about expedition NPC as haven't gotten one yet but I would think yes. It's not like they're on a special loot table or anything just the ilvl

That's good to hear about rituals, any source of waystones is welcome. Upon doing some quick research about expedition, it seems, for now at least, the NPCs only give you gear. Tujen gives you belts and jewellery, no currency or anything else it seems.
