Linked myt steam account but i cannot see my POE 2 charcter

Hi

I have linked my steam account to POE2 however its now showing my account only POE 1.

Can someone help me please because i sent email to contact support and they have not replied me at all

I can see the 300 coins i have when i purchase the pre order but cannot use them because my POE2 acc will not show my show my character.

Please help Devs of Community
