Hi guys, i try to drop heart for quest allready 3 days and still cant complete quest? any solution? faming it in utzaal(past)

The altar is on the next map, if this is what you are asking.

It's a random drop from a monster in the "sacrificial" area of the Aggorat, i.e. the same area the altar is in.
Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.
