My account has been locked

Dear Administrator
My account has been locked and I have not received any of the emails for the unlock code. I play on both my pc and my laptop, so I presume thats why it was locked but I have done this for a while now and this is the first time being locked.

Now i cann`t relogin the www.pathofexile.com and Buy anything.

I also got locked on my base account likely by a chat moderator and has not received anything. It seems like the support only exists in the form of giving out lockouts given that people get nothing for literal weeks
