Account lock since dag 2 of early acces

So I created this Account just to make a post. My account has been locked since day 2 of beta and I haven’t been able to get a repsponse from ggg. I’ve send a few mails and I know that they are bizzy but it’s already taking over 1.5 week to reply to me, I payed for early access and love this game and my account has been locked almost since the very start without any answer from ggg or even a auto reply with that they are bizzy. Is anyone able to help cus this makes me sad and I just wanna enjoy Poe 2 with my girlfriend. Would love not to wait another week or two
