Stuff 3 waystones in the reforging bench. You get a waystone at +1 tier.

Seems like it should be obvious from poe1 vendor recipes, but you know...I hadn't thought to try it until right now.

Happen to know a way to downgrade magic and rare waystones into normal? My sorc can only barely do tier 1 off and on and the stronger builds are down to... 1 or 2 which require uniques that are going for multiple divine orbs.
