Trial of Sekhema Key Acquisition Bug

I'm using a relic that gives a 7% chance to double any keys I pick up, but it is happening every. Single. Time. I'm currently at 23 in a row so either my luck is astronomical or it is bugged to always give double key despite the percentage.

Just as an update I've tried it with different percentage affixed relics with the key doubling and it still always doubled, so it's not a relic specific thing nor is it the type of relic, just the affix in general seems to be bugged.

Was just popping in to report this, I am observing the same key duplication behavior. Duplicated 100% of the time.
