In game shop lag. And as a result - unneeded, duplicated transactions next day.

17.12.2024 I was trying to buy currency tab at in game shop. Shop did not react correctly, when I pressed "Buy" button it just hanged, tab was not added to my chest. I tried to buy the tab for couple more times with the same result. 18.12.2024 I logged into the game and discovered that I now have 3(!) currency tabs. How can I refund 2 unneeded currency tabs which were, unfortunately, bought due to in game shop lag?

This exact same thing happened to me.
The site encourages you to send an email to support@grindinggear.com.

I have done this (my support issue was submitted on day 1), and have received a single reply but no action has been taken and I have not received a follow up.

The process is pretty underwhelming for a studio having to support such a vast player base. They need you to confirm your account with additional information, in fact they don't even have access to confirm your account via email or anything as this action isn't taken through the account itself. I'd encourage them to employ better practices here.
I also sent an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com but never received any feedback from them (((
Any chance anyone will look into it????
In the end writing to support@grindinggear.com helped. Delayed purchase of tabs was refunded!
