Request for Refund of Incorrect Gold Purchase in Path of Exile 2

Dear Path of Exile 2 Customer Support,

I am writing to request a refund for a gold purchase that was inadvertently made for the wrong account in Path of Exile 2 due to a browser cache issue. Both accounts involved, Oliver4090#7210 and YouZuoo#8460, are my own, but the payment was processed for the incorrect account.

Here are the details of the transaction:

I initiated a $20 gold purchase for my account YouZuoo#8460 within the game.
Upon clicking the in-game purchase button for $20, I was redirected to a browser where my previous account information for Oliver4090#7210 was cached.
As a result, the $20 gold purchase was mistakenly completed for Oliver4090#7210 instead of YouZuoo#8460.
The gold has not been used on the Oliver4090#7210 account and remains intact.
Given that both accounts are under my ownership, I have decided to request a refund for the $20 gold purchase made for Oliver4090#7210. Once refunded, I intend to repurchase the gold for YouZuoo#8460.

I kindly ask for your assistance in processing the refund as soon as possible. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
