[Demon Form] - Below 200 Life Doesn't Lower Life Drain

When reducing maximum life below 200 life total on Demon Form the amount of life degeneration that occurs is not further reduced.

I have been able to achieve between 41 life and from my tests the amount of health degeneration seems to reach a minimum cap at 200.

With 41 life and 48 life per second regen I cannot sustain past ~67 stacks, whereas with 162 life and 95 life regen per second I sustain up to ~111.

Above 200 this seems to regain normal behavior in regards to scaling.

I've noticed this as well. With 105 life and 97 regen, I can only get to around 100 stacks before drain. Hopefully this is unintended and will be patched at some point.
