Massive frame rate issues in the Trial Of Sekhemas during Hourglass trials

These aren't normal frame rate drops, the game is hitching massively. This is the only place I get this issue, but it happens every time on the Hourglass trial only.

I made a very short clip showing the issue, the frame rate plummets to 40fps and nearly freezes, it seems to be caused by certain mobs spawning. This will happen around 5 times per trial, but I didn't want to make a massive video: https://imgur.com/a/m5FdswS

i'm having the same issue with hourglass at trial of will only (2nd trial)
it's happening when the mob was spawning and i'm lagging really bad at this part, having no issue anywhere else

Something is up with those summoning circles during hourglass

same thing happens yea i think is due to the effect playing on the ground when mobs are spawning

+1, and I get the same problem when any rare dies, cos of the corruption effect I gess

Are you using an HDD or SSD? What's your memory speed? It seems like there is an issue with loading game assets which is what's causing your problem.

fps issue + most unfun mechanic + full of rng + wasting hours for 1 try

I have never been this disappointed like this. This game mode is pure torture.

and i just died to fps issue / on death effect. 100 to 0 with explosion of bombs, thanks to slide show, i cant even react it. (not sure if anything changes because looks like buggy. 8k one shot looks absurd maybe bug? fck.. i hate this game mode so much. all i want uninstall the game instead of ascendancy points)

Having this issue too, but I think it only started happening after the latest patch 0.1.0e. FWIW I have the game installed on a NVMe SSD, with 32GB RAM and a 5800X3D.

also having these issues, its REALLY bad.
I only noticed this happening since the last update.
