Did you change the ability to bind numpad keys?

Im left haded so I need to use the numpad for my binds and everything was working great until today when the binds on the numpad stopped working.

i didnt change anything, ive tested if my numloc was active, ive tested the pad on text. its working as intended but for some reason in poe2 its now broken.
