Ps5 Trading/Invite Issue

Hey guys, couldnt find anything online on this so i decided to post here.

Playing on ps5 and linked my old account (only played for a couple of minutes a while back) to my psn account.
Trading hasnt worked for me at all. I can access the trading site and even direct pm others, everything seems to work fine, but ive never gotten an invite. It seems like pc players just cant invite me, as i cant invite pc players either.

Is this a known thing? Have heard of people who dont have any problems with trading on console so i dont really know what the problem might be on my end. Could this be because of the merged accounts fucking with something?
