SUPPORT DONT RESPOND E-MAILS???

Hi, I'm trying to request access to the beta keys that I'm entitled to for purchasing the game packs, and support simply doesn't respond to any of the emails sent.
Is there any reason why support doesn't respond or I don't receive the keys? Last bumped on Dec 25, 2024, 11:14:07 AM
