The Molten Vault Bug - Bricked my story progression

At the Boss in the Molten vault I died while in a party and had to go, be I left my character dead for a while and I do not remember seeing the boss when I came back to the gaming chair but I also don't recall seeing any drops on the ground. all I saw was reload check point. I did so and signed off for a break. Now when logging back into the game and even after doing a few resets my game is Bugged with eh quest item on the floor and its Bricking my progression with the quests in act 3 because I cannot even use an action key on the elevator that brings you into the boss room. The elevator isn't highlighted nor glowing anymore. the quest item is called ( The Hammer of Kamasa ) Please help - I have three photos of the bug and need guidance in how to fix this. All the images are in my discord and I posted the 3 links below, two images of the part where I am bricked and then the third image is my character screen so id the DEVs read this.. they know where my character is at currently in case its possible to reset something being my character or quest.

same thing going on with my friends character, I was helping him with the quest and he died and I died right at the end but so did the boss. now the quest is bugged and no way to complete this, I know this is early access but BASIC stuff like this shouldn't be a thing.
