Flammability can't increase curse duration.

When my flammability for duration is 9.8 seconds. But I tried to equip a jewel that increase curse duration by 24%. It made no changes to any of the statistics. Even when I tried equip my other jewels with curse duration, nothing changed as well.

Same for me, wasted jewel

Curse Duration as a modifier is bugged. It seems that increases and decreased to curse Duration do not do anything right now. Curses are still affected by increases and decreasedls to skill effect duration.
