Is trade site broken ?

I'm on console, when I access the trade website (either in game, or via a laptop) I'm able to send a message to buy an items.

Then I go back in game, and try to whisper / invite the person, but they seem to be "offline". I can't tell because their portrait box is empty, the whisper is greyed out and can't be used, and all I see is "Whisper, add as friend, ignore, report". There's no invite to party or other options.

What's going on ?

It's been incredibly unstable for me the last few days.

I am getting logged out of the trade site pretty quick and then I lose the direct whisper option. Did you ensure you're still logged in? Feels like I have to re-log in at the trade site and their forums like 50 times a day now. I assumed it was due to them making things harder for the trade baddies or some such.

OK so it's not just me, I thought there was something wrong on my end. It is probably some sort of antibot measure as you said, but it sure is annoying.
