Microtransaction Shop Issue

Hello, I don't know if I'm writing my problem in the right place, but I sent an e-mail 5 days ago, but since I haven't received an answer yet, I wanted to write here as well. I bought a 330 coin stash package from the microtransaction shop, but since I accidentally clicked twice, the same purchase was withdrawn from my account twice. Can you cancel my second order that was accidentally made?

I think I made a mistake in the first email address I sent. I sent the email again and it says Path of Exile in the recipient section, the previous one had the email address. I hope it's correct this time. :)

Hello, my problem is still not resolved. I can't use the extra stashes in case my problem is fixed when I'm not in the game. I can't buy a new stash to avoid any confusion. I don't need extra essence, delirium, currency
and gem stash tabs. If my second purchase is returned, I can easily manage my stash tabs.
