[POE2][Soft locked] Crashes when login character

After I ended Act 3 Cruel, I was teleported to Ziggurat Refuge and after 3 seconds, my game simply crashed. I have not been able to login this character since because I keep crashing in loading screen.

i have the exact same issue on my main char. cant load into Ziggurat, game will crash, other char is fine

Just tried to login after more than 8 hours, the issue still persists.
