My Friends account has been locked out and has had no notification for why?! his username is - poe2 name/ pdoughfile
Randomly locked out when he has spent money on the game for early access and for micro transactions. Radio silence on what's going on? An email would be helpful to see the reason why or if nothings wrong could the lock be removed? Have also seen in other threads that other people have been locked out of their account since the patch. Last bumped on Dec 27, 2024, 7:13:21 AM

My friends account was locked without any explanation or email notification. can someone help or escalate this issue? its frustrating not knowing why this happened or how to fix it. any advice is appreciated

I feel for your friend. My steam account was locked out, and I had to create an account with my email to even access these threads. I've been locked out without a reason as to why or even a response from support@grindinggear.com. I've paid money to play the beta…. It's ridiculous, my account is still locked out for almost two weeks with no explanation why.

Can GGG fix this ffs ?
