Monster (rare) chasing + attacking me + being invincible

Cannot finish the tier 8 map because the last rare is invincible.
It is actively chasing me and shooting at me, but cannot be hit by my sparks, neither can I even "select" it on cursor hover. Bug Report ID: #1552783414 Image:
