No stash tabs - account problems

I have played POE for years through Steam. I paid for the $30 EA for POE 2. I paid for this on the POE website.

When the game released i didn't have EA through Steam. I renewed the key and linked my account, this didn't help.

I emailed support for help, but didn't get a response for days and by the time i did get a reply I had downloaded the game directly from the POE store. This did work and I got early access to POE, but without any of the stash tabs I have paid for in POE 1.

I've emailed support twice for help on this issue (first email was sent 10.12.24) and have had no response.

It is ruining my experience trying to play POE without stash tabs not to mention the hours wated trying to make their game work.

This is not something anyone should have to do - it is unacceptable. Especially when they can't even be bothered to reply to emails or even acknowledge this wide spread issue.

THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. GGG were quick enough to take my money, they're less quick to make sure you have access and stash tabs once they've got your money.

Is there any chance that someone at GGG will respond? I'm close to requesting my money back and not playing any of their games again. This is how you burn goodwill.
