Beta Key Not Received Error?

Hey Guys,

Sorry if this is a known error but i cant find a response for it anywhere.

I was told that if you spent $450 you would receive a PoE 2 key, by using the calculators, i can see i spent a total of $560 but i did not receive any key, nothing on messages and no access to the game.

Is that correct? Is there anyway i can claim a key?

Any advice would be appreciated.
