Path of Exile 2 - ACT 3 - Molten Vault broken/unplayable lag

Hello, after the patch it seems the molten vault is broken for me, maybe for others too? Every other map works fine but in molten vault I get crazy high network spikes and its unplayable.

I'm experiencing the exact same thing - latency keeps spiking to 100 when enemies spawn and just keeps going up and down and doesn't stabilize.

Having the same issue even after the latest patch (0.1.1). It is unplayable as the Server latency spikes to 4000+ ms.

Same here. Massive spikes as soon as entering the vault. Immediately goes away when leaving.
