Path of Exile 2 - Bug Report: Stuck in the solidified lava after killing forgemaster

Killed the forgemaster in the molten vault, got stuck so I couldn't move, use abilities, pick up items or use a portal, could interact with inventory, drop items, ID them etc., basically everything else besides the couple things above, exiting to log in and re logging worked in getting unstuck and going again.

thought it could be because of standing in the flowing lava too long after the boss dies perhaps and to post it here.
