Game Crashing after killing Trial of Sekhema boss

Hello GGG,

Here is the issue:
I attempted Trial of Sekhema (ToS) last night, and failed twice before succeeding in defeating the boss, Rattlecage. After I claimed my treasure chests, I perused the ascendancy alter to understand the best nodes for my build.
Then, my game crashed.

When I teleported back to the map, I unfortunately learned I would have to rerun the entire ToS. If that wasn't infuriating enough, even though I had crashed previously, or had to exit out of the game, my character WAS NOT ALLOWED TO RE-TELEPORT BACK TO THE FINAL END ROOM WHILE I COULD RE-ENTER A CLEARED TRIAL ROOM, which makes no sense at all. I spent twice the amount of time I should have in completing my ToS and earning my Ascendancy.

If that wasn't horrifically agonizing enough, after making my 2nd clear and kill on the now-annoying boss, I was not even allowed to use any of the keys I earned on the final retry, because anyone reasonable would have assumed that they could utilize their rightful spoils.

The game notified that I "had already completed the trial quest". Excuse me? Okay, then why am I not allowed to teleport back into the final room to skip all the ToS BS if I "completed" the quest? Or, better yet, just give me the ascendancy panel straight away after interacting with the altar, regardless if my character is in the final room or not.

That would have avoided all the suffering I had to deal with.

Please change the system, especially as everyone is aware the game has constant crash issues, and it's highly probable that someone else was in this exact same, similar situation.

Same issue for me too. After killing the boss in 3rd floor, the game crushed. Funny thing is the game recognized that I completed 3rd floor boss. Because it unlocks new slot on relic altar. But, where on earth is my ascendency points. I am sure it is sitting somewhere in the server system of buggy codes. lol

Crashing over and over and over again at the exact same moment. The end of the trial of Sekhemas.
