Can i get a refund on my guild points?

Hi my account name is Trixaboi#2829 and i accidently converted 10 of my premium currency to guild currency, i didnt want to do this and did it by mistake because i didnt know it was doing and i thought it was converting actual gold to guilde points. would love it if i could get that refunded. if you need the guild name aswell its call The Tarnished. i also submitted abug report on the game with the id being Bug Report ID: #3304883253 thanks in advance.

and it is not possible to do here on the forum, even the moderators when responding to this type of request tell the player to contact support via their email 📦
