POE2 - TRADE WHISPER ISN'T WORKING ON MY PC ACCOUNT (Works on PS5)

My main platform is PS5, but I also have the game in PC.

I tried sending whispers on Trade website while I am logged in to my PC account, and I make sure I search the items on PoE2 PC section.

However, I am getting the error "Invalid Query: Your account must be in-game to use this feature."

When I try to send a manual whisper to the seller, I get an error in chat "The specified character does not exist."

I was able to send trade whispers on my PS5, but I wanted to use the PC version for my trade purposes, but I can't, and I get these errors when I try.

Experiencing the same exact issue.. please help!

Am also getting this response when I try whispering people to trade. Strangely, I see forum posts about this very issue from 2016 POE1.
