PoE 2 Trade Database Invalid Query: Your account must be in-game to use this feature

I'm unable to trade using the Path of Exile 2 Trade Data base.
When I whisper a player it tells me this:

"Invalid Query: Your account must be in-game to use this feature."

I am obviously in game when I am trying to trade with someone!
I messaged PoE 2 Support about a week ago and have not received a reply..


Also, I haven't received my twitch loot, even though it shows I own it here on the website..
Does anyone know what the problem is with my account and how to fix it?

There is NO SUPPORT from POE 2.

I'm currently getting a buddy to use the site for me, then just giving him the orbs. A fix would be nice.

Same here. Poe 2 has a frustratingly large amount of unknowns people have to figure out and its so stupid. holy shit even controller support. why the hell is it so hard to find a damn controller map? I've spent hours just trying to find how to do simple functions with it.

There's so little information for new players it's so irritating. I'm done venting now lmao.

Please help, i am having the same issue here. I have early access and i am playing the game at the moment. this is ridiculous.
