I emailed twice with this same problem. They asked for account name and characters, and still I can't play PoE2. Steam account still linked.

I've also been asked for this info via email, but got no response for 12 days now.
I'm wondering if support tickets got lost after this long. Could you please proceed to our requests? That would be great customer service! |

It's been 30 days from the first email. Got an answer asking for infos the day after, then after my complete response with all asked infos I'm asked for the same account email again (which is the same as the contact one btw) 3 weeks later.
I'm worried this won't get through, can we get support please? |
