Can’t acquire skill book from una

Permanently locked out of the skill book reward for una on my new game + cycle.

The game started glitching really hard during the interaction with her back in camp when trying to return the lute. The menu force closed itself taking my loot, and never giving me the chance to redeem my reward.

Mine just did the same exact thing. I turned in the lute and it glitched. It tells me to talk to her to receive the skill book but there's no option to get it.

I just turned in the lute and it glitched out on me as well. No reward but still says talk to her for it. I've been through every conversation, logged out n back in and completely closed the game down to no avail.

Here's a pic of her holding the lute but the quest is still displayed.

Update: I completed some of act 2 and encountered another bug but found a fix for that one. Tried applying it to una's but the chest was gone n no lute. Went back to town and talked to her. I found the claim the skill book reward is up one from her top song. I'm on the Xbox, I noticed the conversations scrolling bar was not so the way up and did 1 up on the dpad and there was the quest trigger. Hope this helps.

I was so pissed then so sad at the missing two talent points. I tried everything to get the book, right- click on it in the window (not inventory), nothing. I was tired so I thought it was because I had no inventory space. Maybe not? My son said recreate at level 15.

was having the same issue. the quest reward chat option is actually still there. you have to scroll up. im using gamepad so i got "the song of the siren" as my option then held joystick up and it appeared.
