Co-op On PC Bugs out Starting Area

After making 2 characters, We werent able to TP to Crestfall after the tutorial,

Inbetween doing the tutorial and Teleporting, I had turned the PC off due to taking a mini break. Did we softlock our characters because they were Co-op?

I have a monk slot that plays solo too thats also in the same area and he can travel back and forth fine.

Any tips can help, Thanks.
