Need my steam unlinked, so i can relink to new account

supports taking too long and i lost acces to this account. I started on steam with poe2. I left steam for ggg launcher for lag issues today, now no poe2 characters, and no ggg acc game access. I created a new. Ill looose my cosmetics off this account. I know. But can any GGG GM unlink this steam on this account plz. Ill relink to my new and deal with lost of cosmetics later. I need to play now:D

Same. MY Poe2 account on the website is not communicating with my Steam account.

@Joel_GGG Don't you get tired of pasting that same worthless information? At least give people some approximate time of response, rather than "as soon as possible" which basically means "whenever we feel like it". You guys just completely shat upon the steam-link situation, YOU DID NOTHING to solve it for two weeks already, and probably won't do anything at least until next Year. Great job...

Just for you to know. I have send 2 mails with 2 different mail address.
One the 6 december and an other the 11 december.
The 11 one was answered by a
"Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name and the names of a few of your characters?"

PS: all of the informations were already in my mail... they dont even read it...

The mail from the 6 is still without answer
