My points were donated to the guild without intention!

Hi GGG, I'm an extremely active player in the game. I spent extra money on the package and intended to buy a good, more expensive skin when it went on sale, I was saving points. The issue is that I didn't understand what those two types of currency were in the COSMETIC tabs, an area that for me would be all related to purchases for me, it was very confusing that there would be a way to transfer my points to the guild and without knowing that I ended up transferring what I had for the guild thinking that this would convert into a currency that would be enough to buy my skins, in short it was more than 500 points I believe they went to the guild. Is there no way to get these points back to me?
The system is very confusing and prone to errors like this happening. Anyway, that's a lot of money and I'm very sad about what I lost.
