Poor response to email.
I emailed GGG support about needing an unlock code. even yall information on my characters... i have already whitelisted the email from yall... checked my spam.. done everything on my end that i am suppose to.
the email response i got about need a response was and i quote Hey there, Thanks for getting back to us. We are glad to hear that! If there's anything else we can help with, please let us know. Kekew. I have myself, send a mail the 11 december just to unlink an epic games account (one button, was done previously by forum support very quickly).
I have send all informations about my characters and account, and their answer 8 days later was "Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name and the names of a few of your characters?" So they dont even read our mail.. |
