Question about the Atlas Tree

So I‘m playing on PS5 Pro, I received my first 2 Atlas Skill Points last Night, but when I try to put them on the tree it says „Requirements not met“, no other explanation what these requirements are, so I ask you guys and girls what do I need to do, to fix this? I really need those 6% modifier for Waystones, because if this drop rate continues with them, I will not be able to play the game starting today, but thats another issue.
