Augury cant be completed

All 3 levers used in augury map, still all doors closed, cant get inside. Therefore unable to complete.

Same thing happened here. I think wolves might have pushed me off one lever, but not sure if it's related.

Edit: Teleporting out and back in will show one of the levers not pulled. So this works as a work-around.

The same thing happened to me.

I was pulling the lever down and got pushed back, and the lever was not considered to be pulled down.

Once I left the map and went back in, the lever in witch I got pushed got reset and I was able to open the door again.
