Can't Enter Titan's Grotto

Me and a friend activated all 3 seals in Titans valley, he was able to enter the grotto via the collapsed door in the mid map section. I tried and no pop up for the Grotto came onto screen. I ran the map 3 different times looking for a possible different entrance. I tried activating the other 2 seals myself. I tried logging out and back in as well as a full restart and nothing. I can't get into the Grotto.

+1, totally stuck, I'm in the right place on the map but Titan Grotto will not open or allow me to enter

Same. This is like the 6th time I'm doing the quest so I know it isn't me. I have tried absolutely everything. Can't progress. It's cruel act 2.
