XBox Serries X | Crashes often (since last patch, PoE2)

Hy guys,

(xbox series x)
since the last patch i have issues with the xbos Version of PoE2. When i´m in dungeons / maps the game often crashes and i heave to restart the games. No Error messages, just short black screen and the game closes.

Yesterday it was sometimes 2-3 Times an hour. Today it´s beginning again.

Someone else have this issues.

I'm dealing with the samething on Xbox Series X. Even when I die by a boss my game crashes. Or the cut scenes are very pixilated. Plus I'm dealing with a lot very bad lag & rubber banding & UI very buggy or Glitchty & the game loads everything very slowly

Same problem here on Series X with my warrior, Crashing constantly. Like 3-4 times an hour. I had 0 crashes before the update. It's unplayable at this point. I also see almost everyone in my friend list disconecting/reconecting each 15 minutes, they're also crashing all the time i guess. This game is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR to be ready... I know it's an EA but still, i'd like to play the game i payed for.

Support here is horrible. Imagine paying 50eu+ for a game to support it yet unable to play. And getting ignored on support forums, support email and any other way of communication thats designed to help.

For last weeks my console crashes every fkn time im in town, while browsing store or sorting stash. It happens every fkn time in 5 to 20seconds while being in town.

Ive reinstalled multiple times, ive disabled every damn thing possible in game settings, ive disabled hdr10 and enhacements in console settings.... NOTHING HELPS. Yet every other game with more demanding graphics runs smoothly and never get even a freezeup. Worst part is, MS declined refund ecen tho selling broken untested games all the time.
