How do I go back to act 3 normal

I think I missed a few bosses I want to check.

But the normal act 3 only shows the area at Ziggurat and the temple.

What am I missing here?

Also I am killing the bog witch in cruel but it stills marks on the map as unkilled. I want the spirit reward, do I need to kill in it normal first?

If you go to a waypoint on the right side where you can show underground and stuff... at the bottom it says travel to temple of chaos or something.

Im not sure about your witch question but I did get spirit both times.
