Cannot send whispers to buy items from the trade website

I'm getting the "Invalid query: Your account is unable to use this feature".
I'm on pc.. lvl 19 warrior. Not sure what setting or config is causing this error. Last bumped on Dec 20, 2024, 9:21:08 AM
