Is POE Overlay 2 from Overwolf legal to use?

Hello! Today I learned that there is such a program, POE Overlay 2 from Overwolf, it seemed very convenient to me. I would like to hear an answer from the support, is it possible to use this program and will I not get a ban for it?

You will not get banned. Try search for topics about poe1 overlays, i'm sure i saw one official.
I think as long as overlays dont interact with gaming process, like macros etc, its legal. In poe1 overlays are pretty popular, and ggg-developers doing big work for providing legal api services for them. |
